UP Police Vacancy 2023 Selection Process
The UPPRPB will conduct a four-stage selection process for the UP Police Vacancy 2023. The selection process includes the following stages.
- Written Examination
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Written Examination
The written examination will be an objective type test of 300 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The exam will consist of four sections, namely General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, and Mental Aptitude, Intelligence, and Reasoning Ability. The standard of the questions will be of Intermediate level. The candidates have to score at least 35% marks in each section and 50% marks in aggregate to qualify the written examination. There will be no negative marking in the exam.

The candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET will consist of a race of 4.8 km for male candidates and 2.4 km for female candidates. The candidates have to complete the race within the prescribed time limit to qualify the PET. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
